Meet Nicole: your guide from head to heart

Artist, creative coach, and designer. Rooted in stillness, nature, and the transformative power of layered creation.

Born on the Dutch coast in 1968, the salty sea air and the rhythmic sound of the waves formed the background music of my youth. My father passed on his deep love for nature, culture, and creativity to me as a precious gift that shaped how I look at the world. To me, everything held the potential to become more beautiful, deeper, and more meaningful.

In 1990, I began my path at the Art Academy (Fine Arts and Design), graduating as a Graphic Designer and a first-degree teacher of drawing and painting. It was here that I discovered my deep passion for life drawing: an honest, direct, and pure form of expression that continues to influence my work today.

From 1997 onward, I channeled that passion into nearly thirty years of professional experience as an independent Graphic Designer and Art Director, founding and operating my own design agencies in the Netherlands. I breathed concepts, visual strategies, and major campaigns. Even now, during specific, focused times of the year, I still return to my screens to design an annual magazine and report for a charity. It is a craft I deeply respect, and it has sharpened my eye for structure, balance, and harmony.

But in 1999, my own truth The Naked Truth demanded space. I learned that creativity becomes truly healing when you release external expectations and commercial pressure.

Since late 2024, I live and create from my independent art studio in the beautiful Lecrín Valley in Granada, Spain. Surrounded by the stillness, the rugged nature, and the intense Andalusian light, every layer of who I am falls into place. With nearly three decades of visual and creative expertise in my backpack, I now do what makes my heart beat warmest: offering you a safe, structured, and soulful space to quiet the mind, drop into your heart, and reconnect with your own untouched inner gold.
