The Naked Truth

My artworks are tender, intuitive explorations of the female nude. I prefer to work with natural materials and layered techniques: Indian ink, graphite, charcoal, old book pages, and gold leaf. On paper, wood, or canvas. Each material tells its own story.

After decades of designing concept-driven campaigns and managing tight commercial deadlines for my own design agencies in the Netherlands, this collection represents a return to my purest, most unconditional source. Free from external expectations. My background as an art director is subtly visible in the balanced compositions and the deliberate, deep layering and a seamless dance between the structure of the designer and the intuitive soul of the artist.
