Mix Media:
Mixed media means using different media in a work of art such as various layers of paper and paint, which is the basis of two collages that you will start with. Then we will edit the collage and we will continue layer by layer to create two of your own works of art. Following a mixed media workshop is a great way to start your artistic journey, without any knowledge or prior training!
The collage:
My mixed media art process starts with making the base, applying various layers of paper to create a colleague. Then we cover it with paint. After it has dried properly, we use water and sandpaper to damage the work, which creates a rich texture and depth.
In this workshop you will work on two works of art and learn everything about making a collage:
- How to make a collage with various materials,
- How to apply materials layer by layer,
- Create a rich texture with paint on your collage,
- You will learn the optimal compositions from art
- How to apply image transfer and more
- And you will end with 2 self-made art panels of 50 x 50 cm.
